Equipment Needed

  • Large Frying Pan
  • Spatula
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and dice the potatoes into small, even cubes.
  2. Mince the garlic cloves finely.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and golden brown.
  4. Add the minced garlic and black pepper to the pan with the potatoes. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Crack the eggs directly into the pan over the potato mixture. Season with salt.
  6. Scramble the eggs with the potatoes using a spatula until cooked to your liking. Ensure the eggs are fully set.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.

Notes & Tips

  • For crispier potatoes, do not overcrowd the pan. Cook in batches if needed.
  • You can add a pinch of chili flakes with the garlic for a little bit of spice.
